Adam grew up in Essex and over the past two decades he has dedicated his studies to construction and architecture. Over the years, Adam has worked for two architectural practices and a local authority, gaining experience in all work stages over a wide range of sectors; residential developments, commercial buildings, heritage sites and listed building conversions and coastal masterplans.
In 2014, Adam designed and oversaw a new disabled changing facility for a local authority, this project won a commended award in the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists Alan King Award. Since then, GROW has established into an award winning practice in their own right; in 2016 winning the commended award in CIAT’s Alan King Award, this time for a modest property marketing suite for a 14 home development in rural Hertfordshire.
