We carry out considerable research into all of our projects. We encourage our clients to provide a brief which is as comprehensive as possible, and like to contact stakeholders and suppliers, and other members of the design, procurement and construction teams as early as possible within a project in order for schemes to be as well informed as they can be. We maintain good levels of communication throughout a project.
We take a design-led approach to our work, investing in iterative sketching and design investigation. As members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) we can substantiate our designs with solid and robust technical knowledge and experience. We work hard to justify our early Concept Design proposals by critically thinking through each design choice to ensure our proposals can be built, and crucially, within budget.
We operate market-leading computer software in both 2D and 3D platforms, and use 3D printing and several visualisation techniques to help demonstrate our work to clients.
We also align our work stages with the RIBA plan of work 2013 which provides clear and defined phases to projects, and sets out our involvement with our clients.
